Claire guides employers and employees through the complexities of HR and employment law to ensure that each matter is resolved in the best possible way for them. She aims to comprehensively understand the requirements of each client in order to provide proactive and personable advice which is commercially focused, cost-effective and tailored to their individual needs.
Claire provides outsourced employment law and HR services to clients without internal HR or legal departments, as well as those with already established HR and legal departments.
The services offered include drafting and preparing bespoke contracts of employment and staff handbooks, advising on day to day HR enquiries such as capability, sickness and performance management issues, restructuring and redundancy procedures including any TUPE issues which may arise, any disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures. Claire also advises on matters that involve discrimination and acts for clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings in addition to advising on Settlement Agreements and assisting with settlement negotiations.
