Connor Betts

Connor joined Guillaumes in 2020 having completed a degree in history, a masters in law, and qualified as a solicitor in November 2022.  Connor is a solicitor who acts on a broad range of property matters, acting for clients on matters concerning residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and service charge arrears.   Additionally, Connor acts in respect of claims relating to adverse possession, easements and rights of way.
